Zurich loses second US Covid-19 case as microorganism exclusion comes under scrutiny

In the fifth loss for insurers in a Covid-19 business interruption (BI) case in US courts, and second for Zurich, a Missouri judge has granted a barbecue restaurant’s motion for partial summary judgement, ruling that the policy’s ambiguous language means it should cover losses from the pandemic.
