Zurich Alliance underlines limitations in international climate risk policy

There are limits to the effectiveness of insurance measures in providing financial response to address the loss and damage experienced by climate-vulnerable populations as they do not consider economic, human and ecological variations, the Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance has said in a new report.
