WTW: M&A deal performance hits all-time low in Q4 but rebound predicted in 2024

M&A deal performance slumped to an all-time low in the final quarter of 2023, with companies engaged in deal-making underperforming the wider market by 13.5 percentage points, according to new data from WTW.
