Warburg Pincus completes $200mn investment in Fortegra

Warburg Pincus has completed its previously announced $200mn investment in Tiptree’s specialty admitted and E&S carrier The Fortegra Group with the backing set to herald a renewed period of expansion at the Rick Kahlbaugh-led business.
