US Supreme Court declines to take up Mama Jo’s physical loss case

The US Supreme Court has refused to hear Miami restaurant Mama Jo’s appeal of a ruling on coverage for physical loss that it argued resulted from road construction, an issue that would have had ramifications for Covid-19 business interruption (BI) cases.
