Tryg ordered to compensate policyholders in lawsuit over “unlawful” premium hikes
Tryg Forsikring has lost a long-running lawsuit brought by Denmark’s financial services watchdog which said the insurer acted “unlawfully” when it upped premiums charged to policyholders, who are now entitled to damages for being overcharged.
