SPAC backed by AmTrust execs and Stone Point files for $300mn IPO

A blank check company formed by a group of current and former AmTrust executives, including CEO Barry Zyskind, along with Stone Point Capital’s Trident fund have filed for a $300mn initial public offering to support an insurtech acquisition.
