S&P: US P&C insurers “can pivot to mitigate nat cat risk”

The US property casualty sector “can largely mitigate the risk” from rising natural catastrophe losses, S&P has commented, adding that it expects reinsurers will continue to use third-party capital to help manage their nat cat exposure.
