Sampo on track to solidify Topdanmark stake as restructuring continues
Nordic P&C insurance group Sampo is likely to consolidate its ownership of Danish insurer Topdanmark as part of an ongoing restructuring which could also see the sale of its private equity book, according to Jefferies’ Philip Kett.
