RSA and QIC Europe targeted in new UK Covid-19 BI action group
CG Restaurants & Bars, the owner of cocktail bar chain Dirty Martini, has formed a policyholder action group to start legal proceedings against insurers RSA and QIC Europe to recover business interruption losses suffered due to Covid-19.
