R&Q’s co-founder Randall retires as Spiegel named executive chairman

Ken Randall, the co-founder of Bermuda-headquartered legacy acquisition and program management firm Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd (R&Q), has retired from the role of executive chairman after 30 years at the helm.
