NY healthcare provider sues AIG and Allianz for Covid coverage on $1.25bn policy

New York state’s largest healthcare provider Northwell Health, which cared for more patients than any other organisation in the first few months of the Covid-19 crisis in the US, has sued subsidiaries of AIG and Allianz for “hundreds of millions of dollars” of business interruption losses and decontamination costs.
