Nordstrom sues insurers over $25mn in civil unrest losses

Nordstrom has filed a lawsuit against its insurers – AIG, Axa, Chubb, CNA and Liberty Mutual – demanding they cover the US fashion retailer’s almost $25mn of property damage, looting and business interruption losses resulting from the civil unrest last summer in the wake of George Floyd’s killing.
