Lockton: WTW’s CRB legal action “full of hyperbolic allegations”
Legal action brought by Willis Towers Watson (WTW) over Lockton’s recruitment of a 25-strong Florida-based team “is full of hyperbolic allegations, assumptions and innuendos”, the Kansas City-based broker has said in response to the emergency motion request.
