Jensten completes £22mn GWP Scrutton Bland buy

Jensten has completed its previously announced acquisition of Scrutton Bland Insurance Brokers, a deal which hands the private equity-backed consolidator a team of more than 50 across two additional offices and adds GWP of £22mn to the business.
