Integro $467mn debt downgraded as pandemic hits Tysers

Ratings agency Moody’s has downgraded Integro’s debt ratings and revised its outlook from stable to negative, which it said reflects weak operating earnings and cash flow, a high debt burden and lower liquidity as a result of Covid-19.
