ILS fund Vida places part of Brickell’s R&Q stake up for sale in collateral dispute

ILS-focussed alternative asset manager Vida has put more than half of the ordinary shares Randall & Quilter’s majority shareholder Brickell holds in the London-listed firm up for sale after the investor put up a portion of its stake as collateral.
