GRP acquires Marsh’s UK Networks to take GWP to £1.6bn
UK broker consolidator Global Risk Partners has continued its recent run of M&A activity with the acquisition of Marsh’s UK Networks business, a deal that will take the Searchlight Capital-backed firm’s gross written premium to over £1.6bn ($2.2bn).
