Forward-looking commentary to garner more interest in Q4 reporting than the quarter itself
Ahead of the start of the fourth quarter earnings season, equity analysts have suggested the modest catastrophe losses in the quarter mean that investor focus will be on more forward-looking issues such as inflation, casualty reserves, pricing sustainability and the earthquakes in Japan this year.
