FCA and UK insurers continue to disagree on BI losses despite Supreme Court decision

UK insurers are still at odds with the Financial Conduct Authority over the extent of their liabilities stemming from Covid-19 business interruption claims even after last month’s Supreme Court judgment was meant to finally bring certainty to the issue.
