CVC to acquire majority stake in Lloyd’s insurer Dale Underwriting

Private equity firm CVC Capital Partners has continued to build its insurance portfolio with a strategic investment in Dale Underwriting Partners, which operates through Lloyd’s Syndicate 1729.
