Chubb picks Dechert for Russian operator policy claims
Chubb has formally instructed international law firm Dechert LLP to act as its legal defence adviser in the raft of multi-million dollar UK legal disputes brought by aircraft lessors and lessees over assets seized in Russia, The Insurer understands.
