Carrick Group in LPT with UK branch of IRB(Re)

Expansive legacy player Carrick Group’s Bermudian reinsurer has entered into a loss portfolio transfer with Brazilian reinsurer IRB(Re) on behalf of its UK branch ahead of a Part VII transfer.
