Arch fronts Samuel Hale’s captive for $50mn workers’ comp book
Samuel Hale, a California-based employer carve-out organization (ECO), has announced it will insure its $50mn workers’ compensation risk through an insurance captive fronted by A+ rated Arch Insurance.
