Applied Surety hires specialty contract duo from Crum & Forster

Applied Surety Underwriters has hired Ron Diggs as chief underwriter officer, specialty contract and Al Wright as senior vice president, specialty contract with both Philadelphia-based executives joining from Crum & Forster.
