APCIA warns of dangers from Rep. Schiff’s “broad” cat program legislation

The American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) has responded to legislation that would create a $50bn federal catastrophe reinsurance program by warning it could “potentially be more expensive for vulnerable policyholders”.
