Gallagher Re: Beryl US insured wind losses in “hundreds of millions”; Houston impacts may push higher

Preliminary estimates suggest wind-related US insured losses from Hurricane Beryl will run into the hundreds of millions, or possibly higher depending on the impact in Houston, while water-related payouts from the NFIP could add further substantial losses, according to Gallagher Re.
