Ambac to acquire majority stake in London underwriting manager Beat Capital
New York-based insurance holding company Ambac Financial Group is set to acquire a 60 percent controlling stake in insurance-focused investor Beat Capital Partners in a ~$282mn deal that is expected to close in Q3 2024.
