AIG sues Price, Driscoll and Connolly over E&S start-up Dellwood
AIG is seeking an injunction to prevent its former executives Michael Price, Kean Driscoll and Tom Connolly and their E&S start-up Dellwood from soliciting its employees and customers and using confidential information, in a complaint alleging the trio breached their contracts, misappropriated trade secrets and engaged in “unfair competition”.
