Finch duo handed single chance to appeal High Court AFL trading losses ruling; refused on all other grounds

The founders and former executives of AFL Insurance Brokers, Alec and Robert Finch, have been refused permission to appeal a High Court judgment on five grounds, but granted appeal on a sixth ground regarding trading losses suffered by AFL.
