Insurers disappointed as Court of Appeal split over mixed injury test case

The UK’s Court of Appeal handed down a landmark ruling on Friday on how so-called mixed injury claims should be compensated following the introduction of the whiplash reforms in 2021, but a divided judgment has not provided the level of clarity and guidance hoped for.
