Liberty and Axa XL settle PizzaExpress BI suit

Liberty Mutual and Axa XL have settled a multi-million pound legal dispute with UK restaurant chain PizzaExpress over claims related to business interruption losses suffered as a result of the pandemic lockdowns, The Insurer understands.
