Hiscox, RSA and QBE among carriers facing BI legal action from Irish restaurants

The Irish subsidiaries of Hiscox, QBE and RSA – as well as a number of Lloyd’s syndicates – are among 12 insurers facing legal action from more than 400 restaurants and bars in Ireland that have had coronavirus-related business interruption (BI) claims declined.
