FCA mulls extension to travel and event cancellation insurance rules

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has said it is considering extending its temporary guidance that instructs insurers to prioritise the fair treatment of policyholders who make claims for cancelled travel or events as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
