Judge denies Cajun Conti’s claim in first US Covid-19 case to go to trial

A Louisiana judge has dismissed the landmark Cajun Conti case – which was the first Covid-19 business interruption (BI) lawsuit filed in the US – with the plaintiffs’ claim for losses suffered by restaurant Oceana Grill denied.
