​HGGC-backed SRG acquires MGA CLS Risk Solutions

Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has acquired MGA CLS Risk Solutions (CLS RS), the UK broker consolidator’s fourth deal since HGGC was announced as majority shareholder in December.
